Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Reef Links (the "app"), released by GARCI LTD, processes information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Reef Links neither gathers, stores nor transmits any personal data to GARCI LTD or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts and contains no analytics or third‑party crash reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not employ the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID), includes no advertising SDKs, and does not contain third‑party tracking components.
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature requires them, and any information involved is processed locally on your device.

You may revoke any granted permission at any time via Android Settings.
Data stored on your device
All content saved by the app stays on your device; it is not transmitted elsewhere and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services. Google Play and Android operate according to their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age (COPPA) and does not intentionally collect data from minors. Where the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact tro.nghuyh154@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request to know what personal information is held, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because the app does not collect data, deletion is achieved by uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use your message solely to provide a reply.
Security
Your information remains on your device and is protected by Android’s security mechanisms. No system is entirely foolproof, so we keep the app minimal and avoid gathering unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
